Our group is consisting of Tokyo Ichiban Foods Co., Ltd. and one affiliate and the main business is to operating "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei”.
We offer the tiger blowfish dishes to the general consumers , mainly, in directly managed restaurants. In addition, the subsidiary company mainly supplies, to our restaurants, the tiger blowfishes and vegetables which are main ingredients at the restaurants.
(Note) “Swimming tiger blowfish” is the coined word that explained our characteristic to clean the tiger blowfish in live state and cook for our customers.

Since the company opened Shinjuku head restaurant of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei”, as a first store in October, 1996 at Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo,We have deployed 42 restaurants (39 directly managed and 3 franchised), in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba Prefectures.
In addition, in April, 2011, we re-opened “Sakana-no-manma”, “Delicious sushi and live fishes restaurant” at Shimbashi, Tokyo and “Fuguyoshi Souhonten” at Tsunashima, Yokohama City, Kanagawa. And, so, as a results, we have deployed 5 restaurants with directly managed in new business category.
We will continuously and aggressively examine to shift over to new business category by new restaurant opening and by renewal opening. Especially, for our main ingredient, tiger blowfish, our company constructs the unique purchasing route through our subsidiary mainly from Nagasaki Prefecture area.
